Thank you for cooperation and patience during this difficult times. Along with you we the staff are also pressured and upset with all the undesirable events happening today. We recognize that not being able to visit your loved one in person must be quite difficult.

Over the past several weeks we have expanded our videoconferencing/phone call capabilities to help you stay in touch and to meet the growing demand for this service.

So that we could most effectively and efficiently meet all of your needs, please use the following guidelines:

1. To schedule a videoconference or phone call with your loved one, please email recreation@easthavencares.com, or call 718-655-2848, extension 238 and leave a message with your name, the resident's name, and your telephone number. Please do not call the staff directly to set up a videoconference. We will make every attempt to get back to you promptly to schedule a session.

2. Please limit each videoconference to no more than 10 minutes.
